Georgette Libertiaux, "Jo" as she prefers to be called, is a retired hairdresser
She is a retired hairdresser and lives in Namur with Simon, her husband of 25 years, who now has Alzheimer's disease. Independent, combative and adventurous, she recently agreed to follow her youngest son Cédric in a theater project about Europe and the family. The preparation of this project requires her to travel to different European cities. Although this requires a certain amount of organization, Jo assumes and goes for it.
"Jo" is the portrait of a 74 year old woman who, no matter what, moves forward and always chooses to stay on the bright side of life.
