SYNOPSIS

In a training center, real caregivers and simulated patients enact medical consultations. The purpose of these role-playing games is to develop the human qualities of therapists. But is the relational ideal advocated in training applicable in our hospital system? And under what conditions can we remain compassionate within an abusive system?
